What is the difference between the guest preview and Free?
The guest preview is anonymous and read-only. Free adds a persistent personal workspace, filtering and one saved view. Source-backed change details and both analytical lenses remain available; active monitoring and email alerts start with Monitor.
Do I need to talk to sales?
No. Free, Monitor, Professional and Organisation are designed for self-service. You can still contact us for procurement, security or contractual questions.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Paid subscriptions can switch billing cycle from Plan & billing in your account. Annual billing gives you 12 months for the price of 10.
How do upgrades, downgrades and cancellation work?
Paid upgrades are confirmed in secure billing and take effect with prorated billing for the current period. Downgrades and cancellations are scheduled for the end of the current billing period, so your current plan stays fully available until then. A scheduled cancellation can be reversed before it takes effect.
What happens if my Organisation needs more than five users?
Five team users are included. Add more directly in self-service; the total price updates transparently before checkout.
Are invoices available?
Yes. Paid purchases provide the applicable invoice or payment record through the payment route used.
Can our company pay by invoice or bank transfer?
Yes. Organisation buyers can create a secure hosted invoice with bank-transfer payment instructions directly from the selected plan, billing interval, currency and team size. No Edict IQ account is required before the invoice is created; paid access is released only after payment is confirmed.
What is a monitor?
A monitor keeps watching either a saved regulatory view or a specific target such as an authority, framework, source, jurisdiction, sector or keyword. New matching changes feed the alert workflow, with delivery set per monitor.
Do Compliance and Market Intelligence require different plans?
No. They are two analytical lenses over the same source-backed regulatory data and the same workspace functions. Switching the lens changes the interpretation and prioritisation, not your plan entitlement.
How do external reviewers work?
Professional includes up to three external reviewers for explicitly assigned review subjects. They use a separate review portal, do not receive a productive user seat, cannot browse the wider workspace or billing, and only see the work shared with them. Organisation supports external reviewers subject to fair use.
What changes when I switch lenses?
The underlying regulatory change, sources and workflow stay the same. Compliance focuses on applicability, obligations, controls and evidence; Market Intelligence focuses on opportunities, risks, direction and scenarios. Both remain connected to the same record.
