Official source
Authority-controlled feeds, pages, APIs and documents are the preferred starting point.
Trust methodology
Edict IQ starts with official regulatory material and keeps source identity, evidence, analysis and decisions as distinct layers. Public intelligence is published only when its required source and quality checks pass.
The trust chain
Each stage narrows what can become public intelligence. A weak source, stale version, unsupported claim or failed validation is a reason to stop, not a reason to publish with a disclaimer.
Authority-controlled feeds, pages, APIs and documents are the preferred starting point.
Issuer, URL, document identity, version and retrieval context remain attached.
Material statements must stay connected to source-backed evidence and citations.
Currentness, evidence, output depth and duplicate checks must pass before automatic publication.
Public pages and private workflows materialise from the stored, source-backed result.
Official-source first
Edict IQ can discover material through several acquisition paths, but discovery is not publication. The public layer is deliberately stricter.
Official issuing authorities and official supervisory or government channels are preferred over secondary summaries. Automatically certified public intelligence requires an active primary source controlled by the issuing authority.
A regulatory item is tied to its authority, canonical URL, document identity and current version before analytical output is treated as publishable.
Different discovery paths can point to the same underlying document. Canonical identity and content-level deduplication prevent repeated analysis and duplicate public records.
Publication control
For machine-certified public articles, Edict IQ uses a fail-closed gate. Every required condition must pass; otherwise the candidate remains unpublished and cannot silently replace the certified record.
A later candidate that fails certification does not overwrite the already certified public semantic content. Review-required cases are excluded from the automatic publication lane.
The source, endpoint and document version must still be active and current.
The structured output must complete the required objective quality checks before publication.
Material relevance claims must carry evidence spans that occur in the retained source excerpt.
Source facts, evidence packs and outputs are fingerprinted and cross-checked so mismatches fail certification.
Required English and German fields must meet minimum content thresholds before publication.
A candidate that resolves to already-published content does not create a second public article.
Claim separation
Edict IQ keeps analytical states distinguishable so a professional can see where the official record ends and judgement begins.
Directly supported by an official source.
A reasoned explanation of what the source means.
A plausible consequence that the source does not state directly.
A proposed next action, not an authoritative instruction.
An organisation-specific conclusion retained inside the workspace boundary.
Analyse once
Edict IQ avoids re-analysing the same regulatory item for every page, language, lens or user. The source-backed analysis is stored once and then used consistently across the surfaces that need it.
This reduces drift between surfaces and keeps public and private outputs anchored to the same source identity and evidence trail.
Automation with boundaries
Machine-assisted processing can extract, classify, summarise, localise and organise source-backed material so professionals can work through change faster.
Currentness, source tier, evidence presence, integrity hashes, output completeness and duplicate conditions are checked outside the prose-generating step.
Organisation-specific applicability, accepted decisions, reviewer conclusions and professional judgement remain human-controlled workflow states.
Analysis depth
Different records can legitimately carry different levels of analytical support. The important distinction is whether a source has merely been captured or has progressed into a deeper workflow-ready assessment.
Versioning & corrections
Source versions, retrieval context, analysis identity and material corrections are designed to remain traceable instead of being flattened into the latest text only.
Public / private boundary
Policies, controls, suppliers, evidence, comments, reviewer assignments and accepted decisions belong to the private organisation boundary, not the public intelligence layer.
Commercial independence
Plans and commercial relationships do not determine source selection, analytical conclusions or the quality threshold required for public publication.
Professional use
Edict IQ provides regulatory intelligence and workflow support. It does not replace legal advice, regulatory approval, formal certification or professional accountability.
